Terms regarding digital content access, cancellation rights, and refund procedures governed by TOSPANNET AS in accordance with Norwegian and European consumer laws.

1. Scope of Services & Free Public Access
Maskulinfit is an open-access educational portal provided by TOSPANNET AS. The vast majority of our published material — including the interactive Mifflin-St Jeor macro calculator, supplement timing guides, micronutrient profiles, and research summaries — is delivered free of charge with zero obligation.
Because no payment is collected for reading our public articles or utilizing our baseline interactive widgets, standard commercial return policies do not apply to general browsing.
2. Digital Products & Right of Withdrawal (Angrerett)
In the event that TOSPANNET AS provides specialized paid digital reports, premium meal optimization protocols, or direct editorial consultations, consumer rights are governed strictly under the Norwegian Right of Cancellation Act (Angrerettloven) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU).
- 14-Day Right of Withdrawal: As a consumer residing within the European Economic Area (EEA), you possess a statutory right to cancel a contract for digital services within 14 calendar days from the date of agreement.
- Commencement of Digital Performance: If you explicitly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal once downloading or access begins (in accordance with Angrerettloven § 22 n), access is deemed delivered immediately upon generation.
3. Refund Request Procedure
If you encounter technical defects, file corruption, or access interruptions with any purchased digital publication or service from TOSPANNET AS, you may submit a refund request.
To submit a formal request, provide:
- Your full name and contact email address.
- Reference transaction ID or invoice number.
- A detailed description of the technical discrepancy or reason for the cancellation request.
Refund requests are reviewed by our Kristiansand administrative desk within 3 business days. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, Vipps, or Bank Transfer) within 5 to 10 banking business days.
4. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
This policy and any agreements with TOSPANNET AS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Kingdom of Norway.
In the event of an unresolved consumer dispute, EEA consumers may also submit a complaint through the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform or contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet). The agreed legal venue is the Kristiansand District Court (Kristiansand tingrett).
